When you choose Doggie Dook's, you are supporting a small local business, and you get that small business customer service. We hear what you want, and we are able to adapt to give it to you.

Doggie Dook's is a privately owned and operated business ("us," "we," or "our") specializing in providing pet waste removal services to residential, commercial, and business properties. By accepting our offered services, you are bound by the following terms ("Terms") that govern the sale and provision of services by Doggie Dook's.

The customer acknowledges that our ability to provide services may depend on factors such as weather conditions, the state of grass height, and access to your yard, which is your responsibility.

YARD ACCESS

The customer must understand that if we cannot access the area for cleaning due to locked, blocked, frozen gates, or the presence of dogs in the yard, the service will be skipped, and charges will still apply.

LIABILITY

Doggie Dook’s does not assume any liability for damage made to gates, yards, pets, or any other property.

WEATHER

Doggie Dook's will work through light rain and cold weather conditions as long as it is safe to do so. We cannot operate during severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or snowfall. Please note that we are a monthly subscription service and do not provide refunds for missed weeks due to weather. In such cases, service will be skipped for the week, with no refund issued, as there will still be an accumulation of waste from the previous missed visit.

HOLIDAYS

Doggie Dook's does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. If your pickup day falls on these holidays, we will skip service for that week with no refunds, as there will still be an accumulation of waste from the previous missed visit.

BILLING

Doggie Dook's will bill for services monthly; charges will be applied on the 1st of each month. If a card is declined, we will stop service until the issue is resolved. If it has been more than 30 days since the last cleanup, a first-time cleanup fee will be added. Service will be paused for up to 30 days, and if no communication occurs on the customer's end, service will be stopped and removed from the schedule. One-time cleanings will be billed immediately after completion, with payment due within 24 hours. Payments made more than 30 days late will result in account collection.

LEAVES, DEBRIS, AND TALL GRASS

Doggie Dook's will make every effort to clean your yard to the best of our ability. We understand that yard maintenance can be challenging. If your grass is tall, leave unraked, or other visual obstruction when we arrive, there may be some dog waste that is missed. We will rectify this on the next scheduled visit once yard maintenance is complete.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Additional fees may apply for certain services:

- Come Back Request ($5/time)

- Waiting time ($5/visit)

-Cleaning rocks and pebbled areas ($5/visit)

REVISIONS

Doggie Dook's reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service without prior notice. Amendments become effective upon posting on our website. Please review the website for any updates. Your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of changes to the Terms.
